Yes you are right. This one is the most popular in demand occasional dish in everywhere in the Philippines, may it be in barrio's fiestas, or in any social urban restaurant.

It is called "lechon" which usually comes with a sauce and sometimes an apple on pig's mouth.
The way Filipino aka "Pinoy" prepares food is really interesting. This one is a good example that even today, Pinoy still possesses that quality of being a hunter and the traditional roasting of animals on fire.
Guys, be reminded also that the preparation of this may require extensive time and effort 
but you will never imagine how temptingly delicious this lechon is until you taste it with your own lips.
