Hassle-free ordering with Cebuboy Lechon



Lechon, one of pinoy's favorite when it comes to party. This crunchy, oily, reddish meat with an apple on its mouth is everyone's bet in all the gatherings, events, get together, name it. Party won't be complete without it. Even the people abroad are loving it, except me, i guessed. But last nights encounter with Cebuboy Lechon made my disagreement to 180 degree turn. And I just found myself eating lechon like there's no tomorrow.

Cebuboy Lechon, provider of authentic Cebu Lechon, gave us the good news  last November 24, 2012 at Ivory Tower, Acacia  Estate, Taguig City. They're now delivering lechon from Cebu to Manila in a hassle-free ordering. Indeed, the best lechon in the world, according to Anthony Bourdain, a celebrity TV chef, is now made available and easily accessible to Manila.

PhilCare Wellness Activity at STI Global

 

In celebration of the World Diabetes Day,  PhilCare recently held a delightful cooking event entitled "Treat Me Right: Healthy Treats as Healthy Gifts". The activity is a free baking demo with Chef Ingrid V. Mediarito which aim to teach PhilCare members learn how to make delightful but healthy pastries. The event took place at the STI Global City (near Market! Market!) last November 17 from 10AM to 12 NN.

Impressively the event started exactly at 10 and I’m 10 minutes late (blame my heels,lol!). But good thing the cooking part happened after Chef  Ingrid gave the instructions on the recipes, the equipment and the preparation. All the participants were given a brown envelope; inside are the recipes to choose from. The four recipes are: Festival fruitcake cookies, Guilt-free chewy brownies,Homemade Granola Treats and Prune Buttercream Delight Bars. Our group go for the brownies and granola treats.
